I think the easiest thing for you to do is print out the picture and show it to the stylist. I always found that whenever I bring in a picture it helps them better visualize what you want. I always hate it when you go in there and tell them what you want and it ends up being not even close to what you want. So save yourself the aggravation and show them the photo. i think that you should bring the picture in but just in case if you cant print it you should tell them to cut your hair about at the bottom of your ear then make the other layers longer and make it more of a dramtic drop than a blended hair look and also tell them not to make it choppy...HOPE THAT I REALLY HELPED!
no no no! print the picture out, go to the salon, and for the love of god, ask them first if they can pull it off! make sure u ask them! if they kinda only want ur business, one haircut wont make them go bankrupt, let them know that. if u dont feel like they can cuz of their answer to ur question, (if they can cut it like that and whatnot) then go to another!!!

you want to keep the underneath part long, but have the top in really short and choppy layers. You also want side bangs and coppy layers in your bangs.
Just take the picture in to you salon! The stylist will work to make your hair as close to the picture as your hair type and length will allow! Good luck!
Just make sure the salon and/or stylist is known for cutting trendy hairstyles. That is one hair cut you don't want to go wrong! You could end up with an 80's mullet.
