Most salons do that...so just check before you cut your hair for no reason. I would suggest a more upscale salon because you are making a dramatic change and you are going to want it to look good, and usually a cut is free when you do locks of love so you would benefit more. You are a very good and caring person to do that. I hope you love your new cut! I might also suggest not just cutting off the ten inches....get some layers or side bangs or both! My hair is shoulder length with layers and long bangs and it looks pretty good! (Not to be vain, in fact it only looks good when I blow-dry it.)What salons in MA cut hair for Locks of Love? i believe u can do it anywhere just as long as the person cutting ur hair knows how much hair they're supposed to cut off. just tell the person cutting ur hair to give it to u, so u can mail it to Locks of love.
