I'm going to cut my own side bangs [I'm NOT going to a salon] so how can i cut mine like this?

okay first of, if you don't have layers to begin with you may want to start giving yourself some long layers.


to do that start from the underneath up. part your hair into sections on how you want them, and just keep cutting till its the way you like it.


then comes the bangs.


i sugest parting your hair the way you would wear it everyday as tisdale does.


next its really all about angling.


take the sissors amd hold them down in the angle you'd like to do for your hair and just kind of pull down with slight pressure on the handle so it will be like a razor, but wont give you split ends and a dead look.

if this is your first time i suggest going to a salon... unless you really want to do it yourself then i would say w/ a razor... ive done mines like that... bcuz the salon always ends up cutting them too short!.... :D hope it works out C:
well the bangs she has are hard to cut by ur self. they are like jagged kinda and if u ask me... get them done perfessionally.
go to a salon.


if you are doing a drastic cut (bangs, bob, short haircut) a salon specialist will really help.





print the pictures of ashley out and give them to the hair stylist

If you don't have layers bangs at that length will look funny. If you've never cut bangs before...Don't. Whatever you do don't cut your own hair... if you cut bangs and it doesn't work....give it 2 or 3 weeks and they should be 1/2 way decent. don't touch the rest of your hair! that can get bad. honestly go to a salon and have them cut for the first time...then you can do the up keep yourself. It's a whole heck of a lot easier that way.
ok. push the hair you are turning into bangs to the oppisite side you want ( if you want your bangs to go this way %26lt; brush the hair this way %26gt; and vice versa) i have seen this done a bunch of times. simply cut it like shortest short longer longest. now brush them the other way and BAM! there are you tisdale bangs!
this will sound crazy but i would use a shaving razor.. like the kind you use for your legs..





sometimes I go over the amount of time I should to get my hair trimmed and so ill just wet my bangs and gently rub the razor over the bottom of my bangs and it trims them without giving them that awkward ';i just got my hair cut with scissors'; look.
